The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For quashing of the order dated 17.08.2022 passed by Additional District Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aganbadi Selection Appeal No. 11/2021 by which appeal filed by the Private Respondent no. 6 against the order dated 28.06.2021 passed in Selection Appeal No. 81/2018 passed by District Programme Officer Aurangabad (Bihar) has been allowed by setting the order dated 28.06.2021.

(b) For a direction to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.15181 of 2022(2) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 authority to allow the petitioner discharging her duties as a Aganbadi Sevika at Aganbadi Centre Kathari Ward No.1 without any hindrance and pay her salary along with other consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
