JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in the present case since earlier to this petition a case ( Sheohar SC/ST P. S. Case no. 5 of 2012) under SC/ST Act was filed by the petitioners against the informant and others. A compromise has been arrived at between the parties. The victim girl has been recovered on 30.7.2014 and the case has been registered on 3.8.2014.

No.8114 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts stated above, let above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar, in connection with Tarayani P.S. Case no. 152 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also subject to the conditions that (1) bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned,
