JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the matter was pending before this Court, a confiscation order has been passed and it is also ordered that residential house will be released on payment of penalty of Rs. 1,05,000/-. The petitioner is ready to pay the penalty.

In such circumstances, on payment of penalty the house shall be released from the confiscation proceedings. Writ petition stands disposed of.
