The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 337, 338, 153A and 295 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and persons who have been specifically assigned some role in connection with the said occurrence have been extended the privilege of regular bail by the Court below itself. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that one case has been lodged against petitioner no. 1 which is purely of different nature and petitioner no. 2 has got

No.19988 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties each of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
