Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 189 of 2014 arising out of Narpatganj P.S.Case No. 50 of 2007, pending in the court of Additional District Judge-II, Araria stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
