====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. At the time of hearing of the interlocutory application No.1163 of 2015, the learned counsel submitted that the writ application itself may be heard on merit. Accordingly, I heard him on merit.

This writ application has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Award of the Special Lok Adalat dated 30.11.2013.

The only grievance of the husband is that he was not present on the date of the Award and has not signed the same. From perusal of the Award, it appears that the husband petitioner and the wife were present and on their concession/agreement the Award had been passed by the Special Lok Adalat and the Presiding Officers consisting of three persons have singed the Award.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6370 of 2014 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 In such circumstances in supervisory jurisdiction, this Court cannot investigate the point raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner. If so advised, he may approach appropriate forum by initiating appropriate proceeding. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
