Petitioner seeks bail in Sikandra P.S. Case No.169 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 353, 307, 100, 332, 333 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He is in custody since 05.01.2018. Police arrested him on suspicion and thereafter recorded his confessional statement. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52987 of 2018 (3) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.169 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
