Petitioner is accused in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31432 of 2019 on 09.07.2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that charge has been framed and the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2019.
