The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of Noor Jahan Khatoon alleged that his sister was married to Md. Khustar Alam.

It is alleged that the accused persons either killed her or sold her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false. The victim sister of the informant recovered alive. The petitioner is not related to the family of the husband of the informant's sister. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
