For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. A.P.P. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 Heard Sri Lokesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case no.1470 of 2012, Trial No.3418 of 2013( 2100 of 2016) registered for the offence under Sections 417 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to persuade the Court that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case by the complainant. On perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected long back on 13.05.2013 by the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj and, thereafter, the present anticipatory bail petition was filed in the month of June, 2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26474 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 I have perused the complaint petition. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
