In this case the petitioner is challenging the order taking cognizance dated 18.2.2016 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Trial No. 1452 of 2016 arising out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 246 of 2015.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
