No.54249/16 whereunder this petitioner and two others, namely, Pramod Mahto @ Jaki Parmod and Shatrughan @ Shatruhan Mahto were ordered to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VIII, Saran, Chapra, in Rivilganj P.S. Case No.96/16, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Submission is that due to illness petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time and prays for extension of four weeks' further time to surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10294 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 before the court below.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in connection of the aforesaid case.
