JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the CDPO that during inspection of the Anganbari Centre, the petitioner being husband of the Sevika did not allow to produce register and other documents and threatened the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
