It is pointed out that due to typographical error in the order dated 13th July, 2016 passed by this Court on page 2 in first line, the word "Darbhanga" has wrongly been typed in place of "Madhubani".

From perusal of the record, I find the contention of the petitioner to be correct.

In that view of the matter, let the word "Darbhanga" as typed on page 2 of the order dated 13th July, 2016 be read as "Madhubani".

To this extent, the order dated 13th July, 2016 is modified.
