2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 524 of 2022 dated 04.10.2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 366 (A), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken away the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl has been recovered and she has not supported the allegation

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner above named be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
