JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the injuries, as found on the persons, are simple in nature.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3484 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
