He submitted that now the issue stands settled by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of the Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd., Fazalganj, Sasaram vs. the State of Bihar & Ors [2014 (1) PLJR 695]. That being so, the writ application is dismissed as not pressed.
