JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 24 bottles, each containing 180 Ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 18.04.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S.Case No. 73 of 2016.
