The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.2.2014 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in Complaint Case No. 3009 of 2013.

Considering the report of the Mediator that now dispute has been resolved, further Proceeding of Complaint Case No. 367 of 2013 on the basis of which Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013 was instituted, is hereby, set aside.

The application stands allowed with the aforesaid observation.

It goes without saying that the maintenance case filed by the Opposite Party No. 2 shall also drop on account of final
