JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two persons were apprehended with stolen motorcycles and the aforesaid apprehended two persons disclosed that they had committed theft of several motorcycles and sold the said motorcycles to different persons. The aforesaid apprehended two persons also disclosed the name of petitioner and some others as their associates. Subsequently, the house of the petitioner was raided and one stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from there.
