That this is an application to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent concerned to remove the encroachment from the government road/land situated at the north of Plot No. 641, Khata No.112 village- Baidadih Narayanpur, blockAmarpur, District-Banka, inasmuch as pukka houses are being made by (1)

Amarpur, District-Banka, which will result in ingress and egress to the house of the petitioner being closed.

(a) Further commanding and directing the respondent authority to ensure peaceful enjoyment of easement right of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Amarpur, District-Banka, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
