JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.01.2017 passed by the learned Session Judge, Supaul on Miscellaneous Petition No.02 of 2017 preferred by the petitioners for extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bonds in pursuance of the order dated 14.11.2016 passed in A.B.A.No.865 of 2016 by the learned Session Judge, Supaul. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate and pray for bail. Leave is granted.
