The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Andhramath P.S. Case No.01 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 192, 193, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's name has come on the disclosure made by co-accused Rabindra Sah. He submits that save and except the statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has

No.21811 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 come on the disclosure made by one of the co-accused, let the petitioner, namely, Anil Sah @ Anil Prasad Sah, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jahanjharpur, district Madhubani in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No.01 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
