2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 386, 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Initially a statement has been given by the petitioner in the bail petition that he is accused in only one case and when the learned counsel for the petitioner came to know that the petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedents in the present bail application and he has not disclosed his criminal antecedents, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the criminal

4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application in view of the suppression of the fact by the petitioner and his brother.
