The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhni (Turki OP) P.S. Case No. 751 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 41 and 52 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On the disclosure made by this petitioner 30 litres of spirit, rappers, empty bottles etc. were recovered. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got nothing to do with the seized articles. Petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67543 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/2 above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhni (Turki OP) P.S. Case No. 751 of 2021.
