JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he shot fire causing injury to the injured of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-2nd, Naugachia, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
