2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of appropriate writ/writs directing the respondent authorities to get the property under dispute demarcated, after demarcation and scrutiny of the document/ documents produced by the petitioner and upon the said scrutiny if all the documents are found in order not to

i) for a further direction to the respondent authorities not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner till the property in dispute is demarcated and the documents pertaining to title over the land in dispute produced by the petitioner are examined.

ii) for a direction to the respondent authorities to produce all the records pertaining to the land under dispute so as to facilitate proper adjudication of the case in the fact and circumstances articulated herein after.

3. The claim of the petitioner is that earlier, the land was part of Vaishali district but after the notification, now it is part of Patna district. Number of aggrieved persons have been forced to approach the Court in which direction for filing reply has been ordered by a Co-ordinate Bench.

4. He further submits that to cut short the matter, he is ready to approach the respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, Patna in four weeks along with all the relevant documents to show his bonafide.

5. Learned State Counsel submits that in that case, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13871 of 2025(2) dt.02-09-2025 3/3 matter after hearing shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court allows the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, Patna along with all the documents/supporting revenue documents to show his bonafide on the land in question.

7. Once the same is preferred in four weeks, the Collector, Patna shall ensure that after hearing the parties and perusing the record, the matter is taken to its logical conclusion preferably by 31.03.2026.
