ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019 in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 1190 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/ 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the FIR, the petitioner has already been dismissed from service and the process of verification of the said certificate is under way and, therefore, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of regular bail. It is further submitted that the present petitioner also has no criminal antecedents and having been dismissed from service is not likely to tamper with any evidence.

Case No. 1190 of 2018.
