JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one unknown boy aged 20 years came to the house of the informant and inquired about hiring autorickshaw, in the meantime, the petitioners being agnates of the informant also came and on their order, the unknown boy fired on the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there was land dispute between the petitioners and the informant which has been admitted by the informant in the FIR

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20229 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 itself and the accusation of firing is not against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
