JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 52530 of 2016 by order dated 17.01.2017 in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) Police Station Case No. 167 of 2016. The petitioner has not furnished bail bond till date and prayer is for modification of the aforesaid order to the extent that time for furnishing bail bond be extended for further four weeks. Further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the bail bond with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund of the district and shall produce receipt of the deposit at the time of furnishing of the bail bond. In the second paragraph of the order dated 17.01.2017 "Police Station Case No. 167 of 2016" has wrongly been typed as "Police Station Case No. 456 of 2016" which should
