The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant (wife of the petitioner) made allegations of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. It is submitted that the marriage was solemnized in the year 2008 and the informant got two children out of the wedlock. Both the petitioner and the informant are teachers but the informant is asking the petitioner to reside with her in her Naihar and, for that, the petitioner is not ready. The petitioner has also got his parents who are to be looked after.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20067 of 2015 (3) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 648/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
