The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 114/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 188, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30(a), 34 and 38 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

7 litres and 500ml of Nepali liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the back side of the house of this petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 05.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53811 of 2018 (3) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 114/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
