JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2022 At the outset of argument learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition of petitioner No.1, Madan Yadav Prayer is allowed.

This anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn against petitioner No.1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner No.2 apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that specific allegation of overt act is against other accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67470 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 persons. Petitioner is only alleged to have abused the informant. Petitioner is a lady and she claims clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner No.2, above named, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Jogapatty PS case No. 232/ 2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
