Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the accused persons made demand of dowry after marriage and due to non-fulfillment of the demand, they used to torture the complainant and husband of the complainant has married with another lady.
It is submitted that petitioners are brother of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5567 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 husband of the complainant and their wives and another petitioner is the nephew. There is no specific allegation against them and the husband is not the petitioner.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Krishna Paswan, Gopal Paswan, Kalawati Devi, Matiya Devi and Bajrangi Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Dehri-on-sone at Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No.328© of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
