The petitioner has been in custody since 24.08.2017 in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was not named in the First Information Report, he was subsequently, taken into custody on suspicion and the alleged recovery was not made from his possession. It is further submitted that till date no T.I. Parade has been conducted and the petitioner is languishing in jail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
