JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Following are the reliefs which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application :- "(i) For further to direct the concern as per Respondent authority to make necessary amendment in advertisement no.

2/19 by issuing corrigendum to the effect that 10% of the total vacant post the Reserve for economically weaker section of general category in view of the Swarna category Ct. which has come in effect from 26.02.2019.

(ii) For issuance of the writ in the nature of mandamus directing the concern respondent authorities to grant proper age relaxation to the petitioner for the post of Staff Nurse Grade A(Tuitter) pursuant to Advertisement no. 2/19 issued under the signature of Dy. Secretary, Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna taking into

Patna High Court CWJC No.17066 of 2019(3) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 account that the Advertisement has been issued after gap of 11 years and by passage of time the petitioner has become over age thereby flustering her claim too no fault of the petitioner.

(iii) For further directing the concern respondent authority to issue necessary clarification with respect to Advertisement no. 2/19 so far as it relate to allotting 15 marks for higher post without specifying the course which are considered to the higher education.

(iv) For further to roster the concern respondents from further proceeding with advertisement no. 2/19 till disposal of the instant writ application or in the alternative to keep the post vacant for the petitioner and not the fill up the same.

(v) To provide any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for."

Learned Additional Advocate General No. 9 informs this Court that the State-Respondents do not have any objection to reliefs No. (i)(ii) and (iii) which the petitioner is seeking. In the counter affidavit, it has been stated that the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner survive no more.
