ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail of the Opposite Party No.2 granted by the Sessions Judge, Begusarai, in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.65 of 2015 vide order dated 25.03.2015 passed in A.B.A. No.401 of 2015.

It has been submitted that despite direction of the Sessions Judge the Opposite Party No.2 is not depositing the amount and on merits he did not deserve bail.

Considering that the Court does not ordinarily interfere when bail is granted on merits except for cogent reasons which I do not find in the present case, the application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to file an application before the Sub-
