Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that from his possession 30 litres of illicit liquor and 300kg. Jawa Mahua were recovered.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the same is rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8537 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 connection with G.O. Case no. 173 of 2015 and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
