JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 494, 495 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he solemnized marriage with the victim and thereafter demanded Rs. Five lakh cash and a motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not married with the informant. Moreover he is in custody since 19.06.2018. Charge sheet has also been submitted. Heard learned APP as well as learned counsel for the informant also.

In view of the fact and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54549 of 2018 (3) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.366 of 2018.
