2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 109, 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS and later on Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the police on secret information, has found that the petitioner, who is a shooter was hired to kill one person by one Shlok Kumar, who is in custody.

4. The petitioner was arrested and at his instance, the weapon to be used in the crime and the mobile phone was recovered from the petitioner and from the examination of the mobile phone it appears that the petitioner was in touch with the

5. The petitioner is in jail since 1.2.2025.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a shooter and he was hired to kill a person and also considering the recovery of weapon on the instance of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
