Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.12.2015 in a case registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that petitioner gave dagger blow causing death of the informant's wife, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case no. 221/2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 167/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge X, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
