The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406/420 of the IPC, Section 11/12 of Gambling Act and Section 30/30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has been taken only on suspicion and no recovery has been made from his possession. It is further submitted that only on the allegation made by the local people, he is apprehending his arrest.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55277 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 11th Addl. District Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Saran, in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
