The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is assaulting the informant causing injuries on head and shoulder of the informant.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
