1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners through virtual mode and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 118(2), 109, 3(5), 324(4) and 324(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioners no. 1 and 2 are women and the informant alleges that petitioners came and Geeta Devi (petitioner no. 2) caught her hand while Rekha Devi (petitioner no. 1) poured hot water which was boiling for cooking rice on her causing burn injuries on left cheek, left shoulder, left breast, left thigh and back while Raju Das (petitioner no. 3) assaulted her husband with rolling pin (belan) and fists.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant and the final injury report of the injured is awaited.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that accused persons came thereafter Geeta Devi (petitioner no. 2) caught hand of the informant while Rekha Devi (petitioner no. 1) poured hot water on her causing burn injuries over various parts of the body. It is further submitted that one can well imagine the plight of the injured and the investigation of the case is continuing.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur/Successor Court.

7. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
