2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2016 in connection with Cheriabriapur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 398/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), 26, 35 Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as no Test Identification Parade has been held and he has not been identified as one of the miscreants. Co-accused Dharmendra Sah has been granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai. It is further submitted that no recovery of any arms or ammunition has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of the accusation and

No.24657 of 2016 (3) dt.21-07-2016 the gravity of the offences alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner who has been accused as many as four cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
