JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the prescribed appellate authority against the impugned order dated 22.10.2013 passed by the Circle Officer, Baroon in Case No.10 of 2013-14 (Annexure-8).
Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
If an appropriate appeal is filed on behalf of the petitioner before the prescribed appellate authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 within a period of four weeks from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the fact that this writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.6485 of 2014 (2) dt.05-07-2016 has not been entertained by this Court.
