Petitioner seeks bail in Sirdala P.S. Case No.74 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Nawada. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant with sword on his head. It is further alleged that Jalendra Manjhi also assaulted on the head of the informant with Gandasa.

Case diary along with Injury Report has been received.

Doctor has found grievous injury on the person of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50871 of 2018 (4) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 the injured. Two injuries have been found on the head of the injured.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
