The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10478 of 2017 but the petitioners have wrongly mentioned their address in the bail petition and instead of district Rohtas at Sasaram it was written as Kaimur at Bhabhua. The mistake was rectified vide order dated 03.05.2017 passed in this case but again this case is placed today under the heading "to be mentioned" for extending the time of surrender of petitioners in the court below.

This is very sorry state of affairs that the petitioners did not mention their correct address and for that they filed Cr. Misc. petition for modification. Again on that date the learned counsel

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16744 of 2017 (3) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 for the petitioners did not pray for extension of time to surrender of the petitioners in the court below and at his instance today the case is placed under the heading "to be mentioned". Since the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail, the period of their surrender is extended by two weeks from today in connection with Kudra P.S. case No. 242 of 2016 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge-cumSessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
