====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 304 of 2003 registered under sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner, as per the first information report that she along with other accused persons established a company in the nomenclature of India Dot Com and used to promise the people to deposit the money in their company and in return they would give double and triple the amount within three months. It has further been alleged that the informant deposited 5 lakhs through Bank draft in the said

Mr. Navjot Yeshu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at the outset, submits that it is second attempt of anticipatory bail by the petitioner inasmuch as earlier Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21998 of 2004 was filed by the petitioner which was rejected by order dated 18.08.2004 by this Court. Learned counsel further submits that in the year 2011 also the petitioner filed anticipatory bail application before learned Sessions Judge in A.B.P. No. 1971 of 2011 which was rejected by order dated 22.12.2011 by learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali but the petitioner did not prefer any bail application before this Court. However, the petitioner again renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in A.B.P. No. 670 of 2019 before learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur, who has been pleased to reject the same by the order dated 30.05.2019. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application.

It appears that the petitioner is absconding since 2004 and application for bail was rejected by this Court and in stead of submitting to the jurisdiction of the Court, the petitioner is filing anticipatory bail application one after another.
