Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.11.2019 and charge has been framed in this case on 02.03.2021 but no witness has been examined.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
